What is etsysConfigChangeVolatileTime?

This read-only value reports the date and time of the last successful change made to the running, non-persistent configuration, returning all zeros if that information isn't available. It lets an admin see when the live configuration was last modified, even if that change was never saved to non-volatile storage. For example, this object might show a change from ten minutes ago while etsysConfigChangeNonVolatileTime still reflects a save from last week, revealing an unsaved edit.
