etsysAutoTrackingPortSessionTimeout

Module: ENTERASYS-AUTO-TRACKING-MIB

OID (symbolic): ENTERASYS-AUTO-TRACKING-MIB::etsysAutoTrackingPortSessionTimeout

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5624.1.2.92.2.1.2.1.1.4

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Unsigned32

Access: read-write

Description: The maximum number of seconds an auto tracking session may last before termination of the session. A value of zero indicates that the global etsysMultiAuthSessionTimeout value will be used.

What is etsysAutoTrackingPortSessionTimeout?

This read-write value, in seconds, sets the maximum lifetime of an auto tracking session on this port before it is forcibly terminated. An administrator configures this per RFC 2865 Session-Timeout semantics to bound how long an auto-tracked device can stay connected without re-authenticating, with a value of zero meaning the global etsysMultiAuthSessionTimeout applies instead. For example, setting etsysAutoTrackingPortSessionTimeout to 3600 would force any auto tracking session on that port to end after one hour, regardless of activity.
