This read-only TimeTicks value reports how long, in hundredths of a second since agent startup, has elapsed at the moment the topProcsTable was last refreshed. Admins use it to verify that the process snapshot they are about to read is current rather than stale data from a previous sampling interval. If topProcsLastUpdate shows a timestamp far in the past relative to the current sysUpTime, an admin would know the agent has stopped refreshing process data and should investigate.
