What is mcTrapDescr?

This DisplayString varbind carries the human-readable description text of the alarm or event that triggered an Eltex MC240-series trap. An admin reads it directly to understand what happened without needing to decode the numeric mcTrapID or mcTrapExState codes. The MIB's own trap definitions show examples such as 'GePON: Eth Link N down' or a bad-registration message including the ONT's MAC address.
