What is omsOUI?
This read-only string reports the first three octets of the device's MAC address, written in hex without colons, identifying the manufacturer's OUI block. An admin uses it to confirm which vendor made a discovered Eltex device without pulling the full MAC address separately. For example, a returned value like 001122 corresponds to the vendor prefix of the unit's Ethernet MAC address.
