What is cmdFileOperationPrivateCfg?

This read-write string manages file operations on the device's private settings file: a GET returns the current host and filename, while a SET both specifies a host/filename and triggers one of the commands apply, download, save, upload, reboot, confirm, or test. An admin uses it to back up or restore device-specific private configuration remotely via SNMP. For example, setting the value to "192.168.1.1 files/images/ver2/berezovo upload" tells the device to upload its private settings file to that host.
