What is cmdFileOperationBinaryCfg?

This read-write string manages file operations on the device's binary firmware image: a GET returns the current host and filename, while a SET both specifies a host/filename and triggers one of the commands apply, download, save, upload, reboot, confirm, or test. An admin uses it to remotely push a new firmware binary to the device via SNMP rather than a manual console session. For example, setting the value to "192.168.1.1 files/images/ver2/uImage download" tells the device to download that binary image from the given host.
