What is stackHealthMonitor?

A large read-only bitmask, up to 256 bytes, that packs link, collision, port-type, and switch/agent status for every port across all hubs in the stack into individual bits. Management software decodes it to render a stack-wide health/LED display rather than an admin reading it by hand.
