Description: A write to restart the machine. Only three values are accepted:
normal -- 0, coldstart -- 1, warmstart -- 2.
What is elh100Restart?
Reboots the hub when written with one of three accepted values: normal(0) for a standard restart, coldstart(1), or warmstart(2). An admin uses this to apply a newly downloaded firmware image or recover from a hung state without physically power-cycling the unit.
