What is arpMessage?
This read-only text string (up to 128 characters) is used by the arpDeviceNotResponding notification to carry a general status message when a monitored device stops responding to ARP requests; the MIB notes the underlying feature is not yet fully implemented in the tree. An admin who receives that notification would read this string for details on which device stopped responding.
