Description: The number indicating to the Manager the first available index for the new Entry in the traceTable. The Manager will first get this value from the Agent and then use it to attempt to create an entry with that index value.
What is traceFreeEntryIndex?
Returns the next unused index in the trace control table; a management station reads this value first and then uses it to create a new trace entry with that index.
