What is traceCntrlMask?
A per-protocol bitmask (values OR'ed together, e.g. framesI=1, framesRR=2 for HDLC/SDLC, or packets-data=1 for X.25) that filters which frame or packet types actually get captured, so an admin can trace only specific traffic instead of everything.
