What is edgeCfgDbgIp?
This sets the verbosity of IP-subsystem debug logging on this Gateway Card, from none(1) up to high(4). Admins raise it temporarily to high when troubleshooting an IP-layer problem and set it back to none afterward to avoid excessive log volume.
