Description: The current T4 timer for this interface. This specifies the maximum time in Milliseconds to allow without frames being exchanged on the data link. A value of 2147483647 indicates no idle timer is being kept.
What is lapbOperT4IdleTimer?
This object reports (and, since it's read-write, lets an admin change) the T4 idle timer for this interface, in milliseconds — the maximum time allowed with no frames exchanged before the link is treated as idle, with 2147483647 meaning no idle timer is kept. Admins lower it to detect a silently-dead link faster, or raise/disable it for links that are naturally quiet for long periods.
