What is lapbFlowRejOutPkts?
This counter tracks how many REJ or SREJ (reject/selective-reject) frames this station has sent, asking the peer to retransmit one or more frames. Frequent rejects sent point to frames arriving out of sequence or corrupted from the remote end.
