What is nbsEthChnEnable?
This read-only flag reports whether the device's Ethernet Channel link-aggregation feature is currently enabled or disabled, with values enable(1) and disable(2). Admins check it before attempting to configure channel groups, since the run and permanent Ethernet Channel tables are only meaningful when the feature is active. For example, seeing disable(2) here would explain why an admin's earlier channel configuration commands had no effect on port bundling.
