What is productMAC?
This DisplayString reports the MAC address of the Eaton Genesis II unit's network interface. An admin uses it to uniquely identify the physical device on the network, which is useful for cross-referencing SNMP polling data against DHCP leases or switch port MAC tables. For example, an admin troubleshooting which physical unit corresponds to a given IP address would match this MAC against the network's ARP or DHCP records.
