VCI of the pvc.
What is pvcStateVci?
This OID displays the VCI (Virtual Channel Identifier) currently assigned to a permanent virtual connection on the network. It shows which numbered communication channel is being used for this connection. A network operator would check this to confirm the virtual circuit is configured correctly or to identify which channel a connection is using when diagnosing connectivity issues.
