What is rlVlanUsageForbiddenListIndex?

This read-only INTEGER is the sequence index of an entry in the table of statically created VLANs forbidden for internal device usage. An admin uses this index to correlate a row's four VLAN-range bitmap fields (covering VLANs 1 through 4094) as a single forbidden-list entry. An index value of 0, per its default, would identify the first entry in the currently active forbidden VLAN list table.
