Description: A list of staticaly created vlans from 1 to 1024.
What is rlVlanUsageForbiddenList1to1024?
This read-only bitmap value lists which VLAN IDs from 1 to 1024 are statically reserved and forbidden for internal device usage. An admin reads this to see which VLANs in the lower range are excluded from being auto-assigned by internal switch features, since they've been reserved by local or network management. A nonzero bit in this bitmap corresponding to VLAN 100 confirms that VLAN ID is currently on the forbidden-for-internal-use list.
