What is dvbInaNmAccessLevelEnable?

A 16-bit set of flags where each bit controls whether this NMS receives traps of a specific priority level (bit 0 = level 1, bit 1 = level 2, and so on). Admins use this to fine-tune which severities of alarm a given management station is subscribed to, so a low-priority NMS isn't flooded with debug-level events.
