What is dtiProtocolPerformancePeakToPeakJitter?
The maximum phase variation, in picoseconds, observed in the client's timing frames relative to the master clock over the configured jitter measurement window; excessive jitter here can degrade downstream DOCSIS timestamp accuracy.
