What is syslogCtlUserActionUserID?
The username to whom a matching syslog message will be displayed on-console, if that user is currently logged in; '*' denotes all logged-in users. This configures the classic syslog 'wall message' behavior for urgent alerts, e.g. paging every logged-in admin on a critical event.
