What is cgStrEnabled?
This value reports whether monitoring for the given battery string is turned on or off. Admins check it to know whether readings for that string channel are actively being collected or the slot is simply unused. For example, a disabled(0) reading on string 6 of 6 flags that no battery string is connected to that monitoring channel.
