Description: This variable uniquely identifies the interface to which the MAU described by this entry is connected.

What is ifMauIfIndex?

The standard ifIndex of the interface this MAU is attached to, tying an interface-table MAU entry to the corresponding row in ifTable (RFC 2863) -- this is the modern, interface-indexed counterpart to the older repeater-indexed rpMau* objects.
