Description: An object, that defines the maximal number of thresholds for each queue in the REPORT message as defined in [802.3ah], clause 64. Each queue_set reporting will provide information on the queue occupancy of frames below the matching Threshold.
This object is applicable for an OLT and an ONU. At the OLT, it has a distinct value for each virtual interface and for each queue. At the ONU, it has a distinct value for each queue.
What is dot3ExtPkgObjectReportMaximumNumThreshold?
This reports the maximum number of occupancy thresholds (0-7) that can be configured per queue in the MPCP REPORT message. It's the read-only ceiling that bounds what an admin can set via dot3ExtPkgObjectReportNumThreshold for a given queue.
