What is docsQosPktClassSourcePortStart?
Low end (inclusive) of the TCP/UDP source port range a packet must fall within to match this classifier, defaulting to 0 when not signaled; it is meaningless for non-TCP/UDP traffic. An admin building or reviewing a classifier for, say, an application using ports 5000-5010 would expect to see 5000 here.
