Gives the evaluation priority of this packet classifier rule relative to other rules on the same service flow, with higher numeric values evaluated first; a value of 0 is the default for provisioned classifiers and 64 for dynamically created ones. Admins can use this to figure out which classifier will win when a packet could match more than one rule, e.g. a VoIP classifier set to priority 200 taking precedence over a catch-all rule at priority 0.
