Destination MAC address that, when ANDed with docsQosPktClassDestMacMask, a frame's destination MAC must match for this Ethernet-layer classifier rule; defaults to all-zeros if unset. Used for classifying traffic to a specific device or address range by hardware address rather than by IP, e.g. isolating one MAC's traffic into a management service flow.
