Access: read-only

Description: This attribute represents the operational transmit power for the associated OFDMA upstream channel. The CM reports its Target Power, P1.6r_n as described in [PHYv3.1]. Valid values for this object are 68 to (213 + (4*(Pmax - 65 dBmV))), since 68 quarter dBmV represents the lowest Tx power value 17 dBmV and 213 represents the nearest quarter dBmV to the highest Tx power value 53.2 dBmV.

What is docsIf31CmUsOfdmaChanTxPower?

Reports, in quarter-dBmV units, the modem's operational transmit power (its reported Target Power, P1.6r_n) on this OFDMA upstream channel; valid values run from 68 (17 dBmV, the lowest allowed Tx power) up to a maximum tied to the modem's Pmax capability, topping out near 213 (about 53.2 dBmV). Admins use this to check whether a modem is transmitting near the top of its allowed power range, which is a classic early warning sign of a weak upstream plant segment that may need attention before the modem loses the ability to compensate further.
