Description: This attribute indicates the total time duration, in seconds since registration, the CM, with respect to both upstream and downstream entry and exit thresholds, satisfied conditions for entry into and remaining in Energy Management DLS mode. This attribute differs from docsIf31CmEmDlsStatsTotalDuration because it is not dependent on effects of the Energy Management Cycle Period or processing of EM-REQ/EM-RSP messages and DBC messages that specifically indicate entry into or exit from Energy Management DLS mode.

What is docsIf31CmEmDlsStatsTotalDurationBelowUsDsThrshlds?

Reports, in seconds since registration, the total time this modem satisfied both upstream and downstream entry/exit conditions simultaneously for Energy Management DLS mode; unlike docsIf31CmEmDlsStatsTotalDuration, this is a pure threshold calculation not affected by the Energy Management Cycle Period or actual EM-REQ/EM-RSP/DBC message processing. Admins comparing this against the real DLS duration (docsIf31CmEmDlsStatsTotalDuration) can gauge how much theoretically-eligible sleep time the modem is actually capturing in practice.
