What is docsIf31CmEmDlsStatsNumberTimesCrossedBelowUsEntryThrshlds?

A counter of how many times since registration this modem's upstream traffic rate dropped below the configured upstream entry bitrate threshold for long enough (meeting the upstream entry time threshold) to be eligible for Energy Management DLS (Deep Sleep) mode. Admins use this to see how often the modem's usage pattern is actually triggering DLS power-saving eligibility on the upstream side.
