When docsIfMCmtsDepiSessionInfoState reports 'depiSessionError', this object narrows down why: a bad MAC or downstream ifIndex assignment, no resources available on the Core, an L2TPv3 StopCCN/CDN teardown message, or the interface's ifAdminStatus having been set down. An admin reads this immediately after seeing a session error to decide whether the fix is a config correction, a capacity issue, or simply re-enabling the interface.
