Holds the remote peer's network address (interpreted per docsIfMCmtsDepiSessionConfigAddrType) that this DEPI session connects to; empty by default. An admin sets this to the target EQAM device's IP address so the M-CMTS Core knows where to establish the DEPI tunnel.
