This counter tracks PFC pause frames this interface has transmitted for one specific CoS priority. It lets an admin pinpoint which priority queue on this switch is repeatedly asserting pause toward the peer, narrowing down which traffic class is experiencing local buffer pressure. For example, a high count here for priority 3 combined with low counts elsewhere indicates local congestion is concentrated in that lossless queue.
