What is agentPfcIntfAdvWilling?
This value shows whether this interface is advertising, via DCBX, that it is willing to accept PFC configuration from its link partner. Admins check it to understand whether the switch lets a connected device such as a CNA dictate PFC settings, versus enforcing its own local configuration. For example, a server-facing port might read willing(1) so the NIC's DCBX settings are honored, while a switch-to-switch core link would read unwilling(2) to keep PFC settings locally controlled.
