What is agentNsfOspfHelperSupportMode?
Controls whether this router acts as a graceful-restart helper for OSPF neighbors that are themselves restarting: none (never help), planned (only for the neighbor's planned restarts), or always (for both planned and unplanned neighbor restarts). This is the mirror-image setting of agentNsfOspfSupportMode, controlling this router's behavior toward restarting neighbors rather than its own restart advertisement.
