Setting this object to mgmtUnit(1) initiates transfer of the management functionality to the specified stack unit. Object values stackUnit(2) and mgmtUnassigned(3) cannot be set.
What is agentInventoryUnitMgmtAdmin?
This OID shows and controls whether a stack member is the active Management Unit, a regular Stack Unit, or unassigned; setting it to mgmtUnit(1) triggers a failover that transfers management control to that unit. An admin uses this to manually force a specific switch to become the stack master, for example during planned maintenance on the current master.
