Description: Indicates the configured preference assigned to the unit. This object can not be set to assigned(3). Setting this object to disabled(1), or unassigned(2) will set agentInventoryUnitHWMgmtPrefValue to 0.
What is agentInventoryUnitAdminMgmtPref?
This OID lets an admin configure a unit's preference level (disabled, unassigned, or assigned) for being elected the stack's management unit; it cannot be set directly to assigned(3), and setting it to disabled(1) or unassigned(2) also zeroes out agentInventoryUnitHWMgmtPrefValue. Despite being marked obsolete, it was used to bias which switch becomes the stack master during a management failover.
