What is agentInventorySlotCapabilities?
This OID reports a bitmask of hardware capabilities for a chassis slot: pluggable(0) means it accepts hot-swappable cards, and power-down(1) means its power can be individually controlled via agentInventorySlotPowerMode. An admin checks this to know in advance whether a given slot supports safely powering down a card before physical removal.
