agentDhcpServerExcludedAddressRangeStatus

Module: DNOS-DHCPSERVER-PRIVATE-MIB

OID (symbolic): DNOS-DHCPSERVER-PRIVATE-MIB::agentDhcpServerExcludedAddressRangeStatus

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10895.5000.2.6132.1.1.12.2.5.1.4

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: RowStatus

Access: read-write

Description: This specifies the row-status of the excluded address-range. Implemented values are - active(1) and destroy(6). For a valid range, the row-satus will return active(1). When it is set to destroy(6), the corresponding address-range is deleted.

What is agentDhcpServerExcludedAddressRangeStatus?

This read-write RowStatus reports active(1) for a valid excluded-range entry, and setting it to destroy(6) deletes that excluded range so its addresses become assignable again. An admin uses this to retire an exclusion once the reason for it (e.g. a decommissioned static server) no longer applies.
