What is dlswTConnOperCirCreates?
This object counts the total number of times that DLSw circuits on a transport connection successfully transitioned to an established state, excluding restarts of existing circuits. It measures new circuit creation activity and indicates how much session establishment work the link has performed. Network operators use this to monitor DLSw session activity and to identify links experiencing high session turnover or instability.
