This value indicates whether a particular entry in the management-IP security table is enabled, disabled, or in an other state, and it is a read-create object so rows can also be added through it. Admins toggle this to enforce or relax IP-based access restriction for a given management station without deleting and recreating the whole entry. For example, an admin might set this to disabled(2) for an old management workstation's entry to temporarily block it from managing the device without removing the row entirely.
