What is enterpriseAPSysConfigApply?

Write-only trigger (only valid value saveAndReboot(1)) equivalent to setting enterpriseAPSysConfigSave and then enterpriseAPSysReboot in one step, saving pending changes and immediately rebooting the AP to apply them.
