Description: This attribute shall specify the number of TU that a station shall use for scheduling Beacon transmissions. This value is transmitted in Beacon and Probe Response frames.

What is dot11BeaconPeriod?

Interval, in TU (time units), between Beacon frame transmissions (1-1000); lowering it makes clients discover and roam to the AP faster at the cost of extra beacon overhead.
