Description: Number of FECN counters transmitted at the near end. This counter has the same value as object 'etherStatsCollisions' in RMON MIB (RFC 1757) for DTE port.

What is txFECN?

This counts frames transmitted by the near end on this DLCI with the Forward Explicit Congestion Notification (FECN) bit set, signaling downstream congestion to the receiver. The MIB notes it shares its value with the RMON etherStatsCollisions counter on the DTE port.
