Description: Number of BECN counters transmitted at the near end. This counter has the same value as object 'etherStatsJabbers' in RMON MIB (RFC 1757) for DTE port.

What is txBECN?

This counts frames transmitted by the near end on this DLCI with the Backward Explicit Congestion Notification (BECN) bit set, telling the far end that congestion was seen on the return path. It shares its value with the RMON etherStatsJabbers counter on the DTE port.
