Description: Number of FECN counters received by the near end. This counter has the same value as object 'etherStatsCollisions' in RMON MIB (RFC 1757) for DCE port.
What is rxFECN?
This counts frames received by the near end on this DLCI with the FECN bit set, indicating the network experienced congestion in the forward direction. It shares its value with the RMON etherStatsCollisions counter on the DCE port.
