Description: Number of Discard Eligible counters received by the near end. This counter has the same value as object 'etherStatsFragments' in RMON MIB (RFC 1757) for DCE port

What is rxDiscardEligible?

This counts frames received by the near end on this DLCI with the Discard Eligible bit set. Per the MIB, it shares its value with the RMON etherStatsFragments counter on the DCE (data circuit-terminating equipment) port.
