Description: Number of delay measurements per DLCI. Each time the near end receives an OA&M message containing a Frame Transfer Delay Information Field, this counter will be incremented.
What is numberOfDelayMeasurementsPerDLCI?
This counts how many round-trip delay measurements have been taken on this DLCI, incrementing each time the near end receives an OA&M Frame Transfer Delay message. It's the denominator you'd use with totalRoundTripDelayPerDLCI to compute an average delay.
